Every Airvana order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within that window and we'll refund your purchase.
How to start a return
Email support@airvana.tech with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We'll reply with simple instructions — no long forms, no hoops.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it appears within 5–10 business days.
Hygiene note
For hygiene reasons, items that touch the nose or mouth (like nasal clips) don't need to be sent back — if the product isn't right for you, we refund it and ask that you dispose of it responsibly.
Device warranty
The Airvana Red Light Therapy device additionally carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
